A busy a la carte fine dining restaurant and a bistro style outlet, seeks an experienced restaurant manager, to report to the General Manager. matching the following specifications:-
- Tertiary qualification
- 4 years restaurant management experience in a fine dining full service restaurant or from recognised restaurant brands such as Spur or Ocean Basket
- Must come from reputable a la carte restaurants and NOT FAST FOOD OR QSR
- Excellent food and wine knowledge and service skills
- Must excel at client relations and be able to remain calm under pressure
- Only candidate with a stable track record need apply
- Shift and weekend work applies
- Own Transport preferred
- Only open to South African Nationals / Citizens
