About the Role
We’re looking for a high-energy Sales Representative to join our Cape Town team.
This is a high-performance, outbound sales role where you’ll engage directly with US business owners, identify opportunities, and build a strong pipeline through consistent, high-volume activity.

Key Responsibilities
- Make 150–200+ outbound calls daily to US-based prospects

Engage with decision-makers and qualify business opportunities

Identify funding needs and position relevant solutions

Build and manage a consistent sales pipeline

Follow up effectively to convert opportunities

Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets

Maintain accurate records within the CRM
Requirements
-
1+ year of experience in outbound sales / telesales / B2B sales environments; this is not a customer service role.

Strong communication skills with clear, confident spoken English.

Eligible to work in South Africa.

Able to work on-site.

Comfortable working US hours (2:00 PM–11:00 PM or 3:00 PM–12:00 AM).

Experience handling high call volumes and rejection is a plus.

Strong objection handling and persuasion skills are a plus.

Experience in fintech, business funding, or financial services sales is a plus.
