About the Role
You will be responsible for driving membership sales for your assigned club by engaging with prospects, understanding their needs, and converting enquiries into long-term members. The role combines prospecting, relationship-building, and closing, while consistently delivering on sales targets and brand standards.
Required Skills & Experience
- Matric qualification
- Minimum 2 years outbound or direct sales experience (fitness, retail, or service industry preferred)
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets over a sustained period
- Strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills
- Confident, persuasive, and professional presentation style
- Customer-centric mindset with an understanding of pricing, value, and market positioning
- Ability to plan, prioritise, and manage time effectively
- Resilient, self-motivated, and comfortable working towards daily, weekly, and monthly targets
- Willingness to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays
