The Fun Company is seeking a highly structured and hands-on Western Cape Regional Manager to oversee operational standards and people performance across multiple family entertainment venues.
This role focuses on consistent execution, compliance, service delivery, team leadership and operational discipline. The successful candidate will be a strong operator who drives standards, accountability and stability across sites.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and support Store Managers and site leadership teams.
- Drive consistent operational standards, SOP compliance and service delivery.
- Monitor staffing levels, attendance, training and performance management.
- Ensure health & safety and regulatory compliance.
- Support stock control discipline, asset care and loss prevention.
- Conduct regular site audits, inspections and performance reviews.
- Ensure accurate reporting and operational feedback to Head Office.
- Support new site openings, refurbishments and operational rollouts.
- Resolve escalated operational and people issues.
Requirements
- 3+ years multi-site operations management experience (retail, hospitality, entertainment or QSR).
- Strong people leadership and performance management capability.
- Excellent operational discipline and systems mindset.
- High energy, resilience and accountability.
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
- Valid driver’s license, own reliable transport and willingness to travel between Pretoria and Johannesburg.
