Main Responsibilities:
To handle all customer enquiries & orders. Provide a good customer service. Assist External consultants.
· Revenue and GP optimization for allocated customers
o Increase turnover
o Increase GP amount
o GP% per product on invoices
· Handling enquiries and following up on quotes
· Monitor customer credit status
· Build good customer relationships
· Address customer issues and provide solutions
· Monitor timeous delivery of orders
· Provide customers with product info
· Identify new leads and forward to the relevant consultant
· Liaise with other departments regarding deliveries etc.
· Assist in running the sales office
· Negotiate pricing
· A minimum of two years sales experience
· Matric qualification (preferably with Maths / Engineering drawings).
· Good knowledge of and experience using MS Office Suite
· Self-motivation and good communication skills (English).
· Knowledge of / experience in the Steel / Industrial / Construction Industries.
· A sales / marketing qualification would be advantageous.
· A mechanical aptitude / technical orientation.
· The ability to read technical drawings.
