Job Overview
The successful applicant will be responsible for directly managing the day-to-day admin activities of your assigned Team Lead, activities incl. Attend to ticket request queries, well as assisting with preparation of any external reporting for the Business Managers, Business Partners and Company Stakeholders. Ensuring any agents with system issues have been followed up with and tracked. Responsible and Accountable for analytics, operations admin, request for new starters of the Operational campaign including achievements of financial and non-financial targets. To manage and organize a number of Operational tasks simultaneously.

- Review Report of daily/weekly and monthly system issues

- Ensure all system issues tickets are raised on Client and TP side
- Track progress on tickets
- Trend analysis of top issues faced daily weekly monthly
- App Testing
- Join Triage /Bridge calls to resolve issues
- Processing New starters and leavers

Qualifications & Experience
- Matric/ Equivalent (Essential)
- Microsoft Office skilled (Intermediate or Advance)
- 2-3 years Proven Admin Experience (Essential)
- Business Intelligent Analyst experience (Essential)
- BPO background (Essential)
- Leadership experience (Advantage)
