Casual Dining Restaurant based in Cape Town is looking for a dynamic and experienced Restaurant Manager The ideal candidate will be responsible for the overall operation of the restaurant, ensuring efficient workflow, exceptional customer service, and adherence to company standards.
Responsibilities:

Oversee daily operations, including but not limited to staff management, inventory control, and customer service.

Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and food safety standards always maintained.

Recruit, train, and motivate staff members to deliver high-quality service and maintain a positive work environment.

Manage inventory levels and orders to prevent shortages and minimize waste.

Monitor and analyse sales and financial reports to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to increase profitability.

Requirements:
