Main Outputs and Responsibilities
1. Generate new business (TCF)
- Identify new groups and clients
- Prepare quotations
- Do presentations to market Assupol Group Schemes products & services
- Close the deal with client
- Complete relevant documentation for submission
- Check completeness & correctness of client information
- Check compliance with legislation
2. Grow current business (TCF)
- Build client relationships
- Follow-up on new and changed financial needs
- Advise groups and clients on retaining their Group Schemes
3. Communication to clients
- Provide feedback on claims ratios
- Provide information on new products, trends in the market and in the company
4. Compliance & Training
- Contractual agreements & addendums
- Implementation of legislative changes within binders, broker and administrators
- Ensure PST and relevant legislative training is completed.
