We are seeking a highly detail-oriented and excellence seeking individual to join our Supply Chain Operations team. As a Supply Chain Co-Ordinator (Third Party Courier), This role is accountable for the day‑to‑day performance of outbound fulfilment and store collection operations, ensuring parcels are handed over, collected, and delivered in line with agreed service levels.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Manage Store Parcel Collection Performance
- Own daily collection performance across assigned store locations, ensuring courier uplifts meet agreed SLA windows (same-day / next-day).
- Track compliance by store and courier partner, escalate breaches promptly, and coordinate with store teams to ensure parcels are correctly prepared for uplift.
- Monitor Courier Performance
- Track daily courier KPIs (on-time collection, first-collection attempt %, accurate failure attribution against contracted SLAs.
- Flag persistent underperformers for review, and proactively address capacity risks with scale
- Use Operational Reporting & Data
- Produce daily/weekly reports on store collection performance and courier KPIs.
- Identify trends, risks, and compliance gaps using available data tools, and maintain dashboards that provide real-time visibility into uplift performance across all store locations.
- Act as Central Coordination Point
- Serve as the primary liaison between courier partners, store teams, and the fulfilment function on all matters relating to parcel collection.
- Maintain structured communication channels and ensure escalations are resolved with timely, accurate feedback.
- Communicate Data-Led Updates
- Prepare concise collection performance updates for business reviews, translating data into clear, actionable insights for both operational and non-technical stakeholders.
- Operate Within SOPs & Drive Improvement
- Execute tasks in line with current collection SOPs, identify where processes are outdated, and propose improvements.
- Maintain accurate records and contribute to operational playbooks.
- Support Evolving Business Needs
- Flex to support new courier integrations, store rollouts, or changes to collection models.
- Contribute to operational projects as required, with a proactive and solutions-focused approach.
As the function matures, this role may extend to include oversight of delivery operations and the broader end-to-end parcel journey.
- 2+ years experience in supply chain coordination, preferably in a manufacturing, warehousing or distribution environment.
- Online / eCommerce / Omni channel fulfilment experience
- Strong knowledge of supply chain management principles and transportation logistics.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Strong analytical skills to analyse data and make informed decisions.
- Team player with the ability to collaborate across different departments.
- Willingness to adapt to changes in the supply chain and proactively seek solutions.
- Proficiency in using supply chain management software and tools.
- Reliable transport to travel to the office.
- Be proactive and able to show initiative to foresee and resolve problems
- Capable of working independently and efficiently, while contributing effectively to team efforts.
- Have a keen interest in solving challenges.
