We're looking for an experienced HR Business Partner who enjoys working with people, solving problems and making a meaningful contribution to the business.
This is a hands-on role that combines employee engagement, coaching and support, people analytics and HR best practice. You'll partner closely with leaders across our practices to understand what's working well, where support is needed, and how we can continue to improve the experience of our people.
Responsibilities:
- Partnering with leaders to identify people, culture and development needs within their teams.
- Supporting employee engagement initiatives.
- Analysing employee feedback and HR data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
- Developing and implementing practical support plans that positively impact our teams and practices.
- Ensuring the accuracy and compliance of recruitment, staff change and fixed-term contract documentation.
- Presenting monthly HR statistics and translating these into meaningful people and business insights.
- Supporting key annual HR projects such as salary increases, bonus processes, employee surveys and Skills Development submissions.
- Looking for opportunities to improve processes and add value across the business.
Requirements and Skills:
- A relevant HR qualification. (National Diploma/ degree in Human Resource Management)
- At least five years' experience in an HR Business Partner or similar role.
- A good understanding of South African labour legislation and HR best practice.
- Strong interpersonal, analytical and communication skills.
- Someone who is naturally curious, asks good questions and enjoys finding practical solutions.
- A collaborative team player who is comfortable working in a fast-paced, multi-site environment.
