Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Manager at Rand Plastics in Germiston. The Human Resources Manager will be responsible for overseeing recruitment, employee relations, training and development, performance management, and ensuring compliance with labor laws and company policies.
Requirements for the role
- Experience in recruitment, employee relations, and performance management
- Knowledge of labor laws and HR policies
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well in a team and independently
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
- HR certification is a plus
