RESPONSIBILITIES:
New Business Sales:
Sell Rational and I-Vario brands exclusively
Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the foodservice and hospitality industries
Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations of Rational equipment to potential clients
Develop and maintain relationships with key decision-makers, chefs, and kitchen managers
Ensure consistent lead generation and a robust sales pipeline
Market Analysis and Strategy:
Conduct thorough market research to understand industry trends and competitors
Develop and implement strategic sales tactics to achieve targets
Monitor and report on sales performance, market conditions, and customer feedback
Sales and Business Development:
Build strong relationships with key stakeholders in the food service industry
Collaborate with internal teams to provide technical support and ensure customer satisfaction
Meet and exceed sales targets
Qualifications:
Chef qualification or experience is highly beneficial
Proven sales experience in capital equipment, particularly within the food service industry
Experience with Rational products is advantageous
Willingness to travel regularly
Skills and Competencies:
Excellent sales and negotiation skills with a strong track record of achieving sales targets
Strong interpersonal and communication skills for client relationship-building
Ability to understand and explain technical equipment
Proficient in CRM software and other sales tools
