We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying prospective customers, developing client relationships, promoting products or services, and achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and contact potential customers through phone calls, emails, online meetings, and digital channels.
- Present and promote products or services to prospective and existing customers.
- Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions.
- Build and maintain strong, professional relationships with customers.
- Meet agreed sales targets and performance objectives.
- Follow up on leads and maintain an organized sales pipeline.
- Negotiate terms and close sales with prospective clients.
- Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and customer feedback.
- Respond to customer questions and provide appropriate after-sales support.
- Maintain accurate customer and sales records.
- Stay informed about products, services, market trends, and competitor activity.
Requirements
- Previous experience in sales, business development, customer service, or a related role.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
