REMOTE - UK WORKING HOURS - DIGITAL EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

Seven Eight Six Media Group, a full service agency based in the UK has an exciting opportunity for a Web Project Manager with a depth of experience to join the team.

As the new Web Project Manager you will have successful, proven experience in managing clients, their projects and delivering inspiration and creative outputs according to the clients needs, especially on website design and development projects.
The candidate must be professional, hardworking, and have excellent communication skills in both verbal and written English. The candidate needs to show passion and enthusiasm for working in this field and have a portfolio to show.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Act as the point of contact for clients, ensuring high levels of communication are adhered to
- End to end management of website development projects
- Formulate, develop and write briefs
- Monitoring and tracking progress of various client’s projects
- Provide project status updates
- Build strong, long-term client relationships and maintain frequent contact
- Address client queries effectively and in a timely manner
- Manage expectations of clients and senior management
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Digital project manager/ Project Manager / Account Manager
- Ability to use own initiative and manage/prioritise own workload
- Excellent project management skills, including time management and planning
- Good at problem-solving and meeting tight deadlines
- Ability to work well under pressure
- Strategic thinker and innovative when creating content/campaigns
- Be able to use monday.com
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: R10 000,00 - R20 000,00 per month
Experience:
- Agency: 1 year (Preferred)
- customer relationship: 3 years (Preferred)
