As a Recruitment Consultant, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, from identifying client needs to placing candidates in suitable roles. You will work closely with both clients and candidates to ensure a seamless hiring process, providing expert advice and support throughout.
Key Responsibilities:

Client Management:

Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their staffing needs and business goals.

Conduct client meetings to discuss job requirements, organizational culture, and specific role expectations.

Provide market insights and advice on recruitment strategies to clients.

Candidate Sourcing:

Utilize various sourcing methods, including job boards, social media, networking events, and direct searches, to attract potential candidates.

Build and maintain a candidate database for current and future job openings.

Write and post job advertisements on relevant platforms to attract qualified candidates.

Screening and Selection:

Review resumes and applications to identify suitable candidates for open positions.

Conduct initial phone screens and in-person interviews to assess candidate qualifications, experience, and cultural fit.

Administer and evaluate assessment tests as required.

Candidate Management:

Guide candidates through the recruitment process, providing feedback and preparing them for interviews.

Negotiate job offers and salary packages between clients and candidates.

Maintain regular communication with placed candidates to ensure successful onboarding and job satisfaction.

Administrative Duties:

Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client and candidate interactions in the recruitment database.

Prepare and present regular reports on recruitment activities and outcomes to management.

Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and company policies.
Key Skills and Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

Proven experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, preferably in a consultancy or agency environment.

Strong understanding of recruitment processes, techniques, and best practices.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and candidates.

Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.

Proficiency in using recruitment software and applicant tracking systems (ATS).

Desirable Attributes:
