The Bespoke Amenities Co. is looking to employ a Maintenance Foreman, based in Kya Sand Johannesburg, to oversee the overall maintenance activities, from the scheduling of maintenance to the accuracy of work and completion.
The candidate must have experience in dealing with maintenance planning and scheduling as well as reporting.
Mechanical Engineering qualifications are a must as well as experience within the manufacturing field.
Experience within a technical management /supervisory position as well as experience within a manufacturing environment is essential.
Key Responsibilities:
· Plan and execute a maintenance schedule.
· Maintain an up-to date list of critical spares.
· Manage emergency breakdowns and the sourcing of spare parts.
· Conduct inspections of all machinery to prevent mechanical and electrical breakdowns.
· Manage planned preventative maintenance, by documenting preventative inspections and communicating the recommendations of replacements and /or repairs of machinery.
· Documenting of all work having been done on machinery and the reason for the work.
· Monitor and prevent safety risks on and around machinery.
Technical Requirements:
· Knowledge of electrical and mechanical maintenance.
