Software Developer (Python / Django)

Join an in-house engineering team to implementing critical security remediation, strengthen CI/CD infrastructure, and support BSS integrations for a major 5G consumer network launch. We need strong generalists who take full ownership of our Python, Django, and AWS ecosystem while seamlessly adapting as business priorities evolve.

5G Network Launch: Support the rollout of our 5G consumer network through BSS development and system integration.

Security & Code Remediation: Audit, rework, and refactor ~20 Python/Django repositories to fix vulnerabilities across application code, dependencies, and AWS infrastructure (applying SAST, secrets scanning, and OWASP principles).

CI/CD & DevOps: Establish automated build, test, and deployment pipelines to elevate code quality and maintainability.

Engineering Quality: Participate in code reviews, write automated tests, maintain technical documentation, and ensure smooth knowledge transfer to permanent teams.

Core Tech Stack: Strong hands-on Python and Django development experience.

Cloud Infrastructure: Solid AWS expertise (EC2, ECS, S3, IAM, RDS, Lambda).

Application Security: Practical knowledge of OWASP Top 10, secure coding, SAST, dependency scanning, and secrets detection.

Delivery & Tooling: Strong Git/GitHub workflow skills, REST API/microservices architecture, and hands-on experience building CI/CD pipelines.

Experience with Docker, containerisation, GCP, or event-driven messaging (Kafka).

Telecommunications / BSS environment background or security-focused project experience.
