The post is responsible for facilitation of commercialised research programmes, supervising postgraduate students, obtaining ethics approval for research and writing papers for publication. The fellow is groomed to be an academic or be developed to senior researchers for innovative research.

Writing research reports and publications in the FALF-FREF-NMU Research Chair on Entrepreneurship and Financial inclusion.

Grant applications and management of Entrepreneurship and Finance programmes.

Supervision of postgraduates and development of commercialised research.

Obtain ethics approval for research and writing papers for publication

Facilitation of Entrepreneurship and Finance programmes.

Liaison support with diverse agencies, bodies, and councils in the Entrepreneurship and Finance sectors.

Strong research publication skills.

Organisational skills, communication skills and report writing, computer skills (Ms Office, Internet Search Engines, and ITS), interpersonal skills.

A sound understanding of the higher education sector environment, systems, and administrative processes and procedures.

Female candidate who should have graduated with her doctorate degree no longer than within the previous five years.

A proven research publication track record

Relevant workplace experience in the higher education sector.
