What you'll be doing
- Qualify leads from marketing campaigns as sales opportunities
- Contact potential and dormant clients through cold calls and following up with emails
- Present our company to potential clients
- Identify client needs and suggest appropriate products/services
- Customize product solutions to increase customer satisfaction
- Stay up-to-date with new products/services and new pricing/payment plan to sell
- Build long-term trusting relationships with clients
- Achieve and overachieve monthly sales targets in a virtual sales environment (office based)
- Regular and proactive approach with new and existing customers, in the field of gas and welding products
- Supervision of the entire sales process until the deal has been completed
- Run sales campaigns and promotions according our sales strategy
Responsible maintenance of customer data in our CRM system
What you need
- Matric (Essential)
- Excellent command of English language: verbal, written and presentation
- Good typing, analytical and time management skills
- Completed professional education or relevant work experience in a sales role (B2B) over the last 2 years
- 1 year Inside Sales (Outbound) experience
- Knowledge of gas and welding market / products is a plus sales talent / affinity of sales topics.
- Strong telecommunication and negotiation skills including cold calling experience
- Sales talent and affinity of sales topics
- Professional manner with excellent business and communication skills in English
- Valid South African Identity Document or Valid Passport
