Bartender – Fast-Paced Restaurant
We’re looking for an energetic and reliable Bartender to join our high-volume restaurant team. If you thrive under pressure, enjoy engaging with people, and can deliver excellent service with speed and accuracy, this role is for you.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages quickly and accurately
- Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked bar at all times
- Provide friendly, attentive service to guests while managing multiple orders
- Handle cash and process payments efficiently
- Collaborate with waitstaff and kitchen team to ensure smooth service flow
- Verify customer age and adhere to all liquor regulations
- Monitor guest consumption and promote responsible drinking
Requirements:
- Previous bartending experience in a fast-paced environment required
- Strong multitasking and time-management skills
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities
- Knowledge of classic cocktails and drink preparation
- Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Well-presented, professional, and team-oriented
