FRONT OF HOUSE MANAGER
We are looking for a strong, experienced Front of House Manager who has successfully managed a large restaurant operation with a sizeable staff complement.
This role requires a confident, organised, people-focused leader who understands service, systems, business performance, guest experience, and team accountability.
Key Requirements:
Extensive experience managing a large restaurant floor
Strong leadership and people-management skills
Excellent customer service and guest recovery ability
Competent in systems, reporting, reservations, POS, admin, and daily operational controls
Tech-savvy and comfortable with modern hospitality tools
Social media and marketing awareness
Strong business understanding, including sales, wage control, stock awareness, and service performance
Ability to train, motivate, discipline, and develop staff
Ideal Candidate:
A professional hospitality leader who can balance people, systems, service, sales, and standards while maintaining a strong presence on the floor.
