Duties:

Act as the servant leader and Agile coach for a high-performing, self-organizing team.

Facilitate all key Scrum ceremonies and foster a culture of delivery, quality, and ownership.

Partner with Project and Programme Managers to align team efforts with broader delivery goals.

Shield the team from distractions and scope creep, ensuring focus and flow.

Identify and remove impediments, escalating when necessary to maintain momentum.

Support the Product Owner in prioritization and backlog refinement.
Requirements:

Deep understanding of Scrum principles, Agile values, and Lean thinking.

Strong facilitation and coaching skills with the ability to resolve team conflicts.

Experience with JIRA, Confluence, and Agile delivery frameworks.

Solid grasp of software development and DevOps practices.

At least 5 years of relevant experience.
