Requirements and Qualifications
Preparing, cooking and presenting high quality dishes within the specialty section
Must have fine dining skills
Experienced in preparing quality catering services.
Assisting the Head Chef in creating menu items, recipes and developing dishes
Assisting with the management of health and safety
Assisting with the management of food hygiene practices
Managing and training all junior departments
Monitoring portion and waste control
Overseeing the maintenance of kitchen and food safety standards
Refined plating style
Experience working in a fine dining or upmarket bistro style establishments/ fine dining
