We're looking for a hands-on Operations & Logistics Supervisor to join our team, working in a busy waste and compost environment. This is a physical, get-stuck-in role suited to someone practical, self-driven, and comfortable managing a small team. Requirements: Valid Code 10 driver's licence with PDP Forklift licence TLB (tractor-loader-backhoe) operating experience Own reliable transport, and must live close to Cape Town Willing to work Saturdays when required Comfortable working in a dirty, challenging outdoor environment Responsibilities: Supervise and manage a small team Oversee day-to-day operations and logistics Keep accurate records Source and obtain quotes from suppliers Identify and solve operational problems as they arise Advantageous: Welding or other trade experience Mechanical inclination/aptitude General business experience (admin, procurement, supplier management) Note: Company bakkie provided for use during work hours.
