- Capture data from available records into the required formats, such as databases, tables, order, and spreadsheets.
- Verify and query missing data and errors.
- Ensure that all data is entered accurately and in a timely manner.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records.
- Identify and correct errors and bring them to the attention of relevant parties where necessary.
- Liaise with and follow up with employees within the company as well as with customers to collect information.
- Gather personal details, documents, and information from employees, other departments, and clients.

Grade 12
High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in data management or a related field is a plus.
Proven experience in data entry or a similar role, preferably in a retail environment.
Proficient in using data entry software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced retail environment.
