Currently we are searching for an Office Administrator for Johannesburg, South Africa.
Responsibilities of this Post:
- Answer phones, greet guests, and manage front door access.
- Manage office access control, parking allocation, and logistics.
- Reconcile and manage office running costs and budgets.
- Monitor, order, and purchase hardware, office, and cleaning supplies.
- Run office errands, which may require driving to meetings, company events, or collecting hardware.
- Oversee office repairs and maintenance.
- Manage hotdesk setup and allocation.
- Coordinate hardware maintenance and returns logistics.
- Assist with filing office paperwork.
- Assisting the Marketing Team with arranging staff events.
- Organize meetings, make travel arrangements, and reconcile travel costs.
Requirements of this Post:
- Matric (Grade 12) essential.
- Previous experience in office administration.
- Good organizational and prioritization skills.
- Self-motivated, team player, action- and results-oriented.
- Strong administrative skills with great attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to set and achieve deadlines and provide regular progress updates.
- Flexibility and a methodical approach to work.
