As a General Manager - Animal Health and Nutrition you will administer human and non-human resources in order to ensure efficient functioning of the business and the achievement of economic deliverables. You will also partner with the Operations Lead and others to ensure smooth operations and deliveries to our customers.

Key responsibilities:

Work together with the local leaders to plan and implement country sales and margins according to agreed targets and market share objectives

Plan and implement country costs according to agreed targets
-
Select, manage, and develop agents and distributors in the market
-
Implement commercial strategy for straight and premix in the market
-
Establish long-term relationships with the strategic accounts, manage customers
-
Work together with Premix Lead to ensure proper management of the premix operations, proper quality of premix, and proper management of assets

Identify and initiate development activities for employees to prepare them for future challenges to be successful in the business and to secure the succession plan for the organization

Monitor medium to long-term business trends/outlooks, identify and develop optimal revenue models, sales/distribution channels, and pricing to set actions or counter actions according to changes in the market environment

Requirements:

Education background: Agriculture, Veterinary or similar

Ability to set and work to a fast-paced work schedule and meet deadlines
- Organizational and leadership skills, people management experience

- Excellent communications skills

Computer literacy – MS Office (Outlook, Word & Excel), SAP
