My client has asked me to find a Head Baker in charge of breads and pastries to join their successful team. We are looking for a stand out candidate with proven track record of 5 years or more in very busy restaurants.
We are looking for an experienced and passionate Head Baker to lead our baking team and oversee all aspects of our bakery operations. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of baking techniques, a creative flair for developing new recipes, and strong leadership skills to manage and inspire a team of bakers. As the Head Baker, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality of baked goods, maintaining a clean and efficient kitchen, and meeting production targets. You will also be involved in inventory management, cost control, and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations. This role requires a hands-on approach, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
