seeking a committed individual to fill the pivotal role of Verulam Store
Manager. As the chosen candidate, you will lead the store team in upholding
operational excellence, ensuring customer satisfaction, and driving business
growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver exceptional service, maintaining a high level of customer
satisfaction.
- Motivate the sales team through effective training and mentoring to
meet sales objectives.
- Develop and implement business strategies to attract new customers,
expand store traffic, and enhance profitability.
- Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional manner.
- Ensure store compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Develop and arrange promotional materials and in-store displays.
- Prepare detailed reports on customer requirements and profits.
- Undertake store administrative duties, including managing budgets and
updating financial records.
- Monitor inventory levels and proactively order new items.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years of management experience in a leadership role.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Excellent customer service and rapport-building skills.
- Hands-on leadership approach with a focus on team collaboration.

Salary: R4 500,00 - R5 000,00 per month
