Qualifications:
- NQF Level Matric/Grade 12/National Senior Certificate or equivalent diploma
- Certification in Financial Planning
- FAIS qualification
- Proficient in financial and retirement planning
- Experienced in finance and investments
- Skilled in financial advisory with strong analytical abilities
- Excellent communicator with strong interpersonal skills
- Capable of working independently and remotely
- FAIS accredited, or in the process of obtaining full qualifications within three years from DOFA
- RE 5 (Representative) certified
- Based in Cape Town, Western Cape
Experience and Skills:
- 1-5 years of experience in sales, with specific exposure to financial planning
- Proficient in data analysis, administration systems, and relevant software
- Strong understanding of regulatory frameworks and industry governance
- Familiar with business concepts, terms, and risk controls

Key Responsibilities:
- Assess clients' financial situations by reviewing their income, expenses, insurance coverage, financial goals, tax status, and risk tolerance. This analysis helps create tailored financial plans.
- Evaluate and recommend financial strategies and solutions designed to align with each client's life plan and financial objectives.
- Support clients in executing their financial plans and facilitate financial transactions as needed.
- Regularly review and adjust clients’ portfolios and financial plans to reflect any changes in their circumstances, economic conditions, or specific needs.
- Stay informed on the latest regulations, industry practices, and financial products to ensure compliance and maintain professional standards.
- Demonstrate expertise in creating, presenting, and reviewing financial plans for both individuals and legal entities.
- Stay knowledgeable about approved financial products and services, continuously updating skills and knowledge of industry trends and product developments.
- Ensure full compliance with relevant industry regulations and bank policies.
- Develop and maintain a sustainable and profitable financial advisory practice.
Attend business events and meetings to build and strengthen client relationships.
