My client has asked me to find a Superstar Head Restaurant Manager to join their successful team. We are looking for a stand out candidate who is well spoken, well presented and have a proven track record of 7 years or more in large finer dining restaurants with demanding guests. You need to be able to think on your feet to relieve pressure between reservations all the way to the floor and ultimately the pass to ensure a seamless service.
Your duties (not limited to):

Coordinate daily Front of the House and Back of the House restaurant operations

Deliver superior service and maximize customer satisfaction

Respond efficiently and accurately to customer complaints

Organize and supervise shifts

Appraise staff performance and provide feedback to improve productivity

Ensure compliance with sanitation and safety regulations

Manage restaurant’s good image and suggest ways to improve it

Control operational costs and identify measures to cut waste

Train new and current employees on proper customer service practices.
