CyberSentriq is scaling fast - our MSP-first go-to-market strategy is driving new logo growth and deepening customer relationships across EMEA and North America. To maintain that momentum, our Revenue team needs a reliable operational backbone: clean data, accurate invoicing, seamless order processing, and a sales support function that enables our sellers to focus on what matters - winning and retaining customers.
This role exists because operational precision directly enables revenue. Every order processed accurately, every customer query resolved swiftly, and every process improvement made is a direct contribution to our ARR growth and GRR protection. You will be the operational engine behind our Sales team - removing friction, providing structure, and ensuring that what we promise to customers is delivered without fault.
You will work at the intersection of Sales, Finance, and Customer Success - meaning your work has real business consequence. You will be trusted to own your processes, flag risks early, and continuously improve how we operate.

-
Validate and maintain customer records across our CRM ensuring data integrity that supports reliable reporting and forecasting.
Sales Support & Collaboration

Our Culture Code in This Role
Our four values are not posters on a wall. They are the standard we hire against, develop to, and hold each other to every day.
FORTRESS: You treat customer data and order information with absolute rigour. You do not cut corners on accuracy or confidentiality, even under volume pressure. You are dependable - what you say will be done, gets done.
SHIELD: You protect the revenue team from operational noise. You handle customer issues with care and escalate appropriately - never leaving a query unresolved or a colleague exposed.
DISRUPTOR: You question manual processes and legacy workarounds. You actively seek smarter ways to work - including through AI tools - and share what you learn with the team.
CHAMPION: You advocate for your customers and colleagues alike. You show up with energy, close every loop, and make the people around you more effective through how you operate.
