Data Capturer: Returns
Jonathan Ball Publishers a division of Media24 (Pty)Ltd based in Denver, Johannesburg is looking for a Data Capturer in the Returns Department, reporting to the Team Leader.
Duties for this position:
- Capture and allocate Returns Authorisations.

Liaise with customers with regards to queries as well as ensuring that RAs are sent.

Relieve other staff members within the department.

Maintain an efficient filing system. General departmental functions.
Requirements/Experience:
- Grade 12.

Must have at least 3 years’ experience in a similar position.

Excellent computer skills.

Fluency in English (read, speak and write).

Efficient and deadline driven.

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Must be able to work under pressure.

Team player.
