Job Purpose
Graduate Consultant will be responsible for delivering graduate recruitment, administration and support the Graduate team. Success in the role will require excellent planning, strategy and administrative ability coupled with strong attention to detail.
Job Description
Functional Tasks

Full cycle recruitment for graduate and intern requirements both in Assurance and Advisory.

Scheduling interviews, briefing, and debriefing candidates before and after interviews.

Conducting of interviews
-
Manage recruitment projects, pipeline critical resources with assistance and guidance from Graduate Manager.
Acquisition Specialists
-
Creating offers and maintaining timely documentation of all conversations with candidates within our internal database.

Involvement in adhoc projects.
Campus events
-
Coordinate and attend career fairs and other recruitment events.

Sourcing of gifts to suggest to Marketing
-
Booking career fairs and handling admin behind
-
Courier material to Universities and other regions
Vacation work
-
Coordinate vacation work programmes.
-
Assist in preparing vacation programme
Induction and Onboarding
-
Onboard Graduates before Induction
-
Analysis and Reporting as required
Payments
-
Ensure that all suppliers are paid in time
-
Preparing POs for the required invoices
-
Board exams payments for all Trainees
Qualifications
-
Appropriate Tertiary Qualification
-
HR Degree/ Diploma
Experience
-
Experience of recruitment in a fast-paced and demanding environment.

Between 3 to 5 years of experience in recruitment
-
Advanced Excel, PowerPoint and Word Proficiency.

Must be available to work on flexible work schedule and be able to travel nationally.

Exceptional oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills.

Strong working knowledge of E-Recruiting systems and principles and the discipline to use them.

Skilled in soliciting input and proactively evaluating business and candidate needs.

Ability to accurately document information.
