Description
Career opportunity with a popular brand of vehicles. Dealership is part of a larger privately owned motor group.
Duties will include but not be limited to:
- Manage a profitable used vehicle department with maximum customer satisfaction.
- Manage, mentor and lead a sales team. and provide feedback on individual sales performance against targets.
- Manage stock levels and age analysis of all stock and source vehicles.
- Monitor all departmental sales and admin activities.
Requirements
- Minimum Senior Certificate qualification
- Tertiary Qualification preferred (Sales & Marketing or relevant)
- Minimum of 3- 5years working experience at franchise dealership level as Used Vehicle Sales Manager at a high volume brand dealership (candidates must currently be employed in this specific position in the industry)
- Clear criminal and credit record
- Clear driver's license
