Currently we are searching for an Office Assistant for Johannesburg, South Africa.
Responsibilities of this Post:
- Welcome and assist visitors to the office.
- Maintaining files and documentation.
- Answering the phone calls.
- Taking and delivering/forwarding messages.
- Ensuring the office runs smoothly.
- Keeping an inventory of office supplies and ordering new materials as needed.
Requirements of this Post:
- One to three years experience in the similar position.
- Excellent telephone etiquette & computer skills.
- Upholding and maintaining administrative procedures, systems, and control.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
