Seeking a highly skilled and experienced Finance Manager to join our team. The Finance Manager will be responsible for overseeing the financial operations of our hospitality business, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and strategic financial planning. This role is critical to maintaining the financial health of our organization and supporting our growth objectives.
Key Responsibilities:

Manage all financial operations, including accounting, budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.

Develop and implement financial policies, procedures, and controls to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company standards.

Prepare and present monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports to senior management.

Conduct financial analysis and provide insights to support business decisions and strategic planning.

Oversee cash flow management, accounts payable and receivable, payroll, and tax preparation.

Collaborate with department heads to create and manage budgets, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.

Identify opportunities for cost savings and efficiency improvements.

Ensure accurate and timely completion of all financial audits and liaise with external auditors as necessary.

Stay informed of industry trends, regulatory changes, and best practices in financial management.
Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; CPA or MBA preferred.

Minimum of 5 years of experience in financial management, preferably within the hospitality industry and or Casino's

Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, and tax regulations.

Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
