You will be working as a Bakery Manager.
Requirements:
- High school Diploma or Equivalent; culinary or business certification preferred.
- 3-5 years of experience in bakery, food service, or retail management.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Financial acumen (budgeting, sales tracking, cost control)
- Customer service and conflict resolution skills.
- Creativity in product development and merchandising.
