We are seeking skilled and motivated Business Process Engineers to join our team and play a key role in optimizing business processes for our clients to help them achieve their strategic objectives.
Job Summary:
As a Business Process Engineer at Convergenc3, you will be responsible for analyzing, designing, and implementing process improvements across various industries and client environments. You will work closely with stakeholders to understand their needs, identify inefficiencies, and develop solutions to enhance operational performance and drive growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process Analysis and Design: Evaluate existing business processes to identify areas for improvement. Develop detailed process maps and models to understand workflows and identify bottlenecks.
- Solution Development: Design and propose innovative solutions to streamline operations, reduce costs, and improve productivity.
- Project Management: Lead or participate in process improvement projects from initiation to completion. Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery and adherence to project goals.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Engage with internal and external stakeholders to gather requirements, understand business needs, and ensure solutions align with organizational goals.
- Performance Monitoring: Develop and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of process changes. Provide regular reports and recommendations for further enhancements.
- Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for process changes, including process maps, standard operating procedures, statements of work, etc.
- Training and Support: Assist in change management processes to facilitate project success.
Qualifications:
- Minimum Education: Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering (prefered) or other engineering field.
- Experience: 0-3 years experience in a related field.
- Skills:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to pay attention to detail and be able to express ideas and opinions confidently to stakeholders
- Proficiency in process mapping tools (e.g., Visio, Draw.io, etc.)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
- Knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, or other process improvement methodologies is highly desirable.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work under pressure to meet deadlines.
