Your day at NTT DATA
The Senior Project Coordinator provides coordination, operational and delivery support across leadership, projects and internal initiatives. Ensures smooth execution of logistics, stakeholder coordination, financial administration and process improvement, enabling senior leaders and teams to focus on strategic outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:

Provide day-to-day coordination and administrative support to the IT Senior Leadership Team

Manage complex calendars, including scheduling meetings across multiple stakeholders and time zones

Coordinate travel logistics (flights, accommodation, itineraries) and ensure smooth execution of travel plans

Support the planning and coordination of workshops, offsites, leadership meetings, and wider IT events
-
Act as a central point of coordination across SLT activities, ensuring alignment and follow-through on key actions

Support the preparation and organisation of meeting materials, agendas, and logistical arrangements
-
Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to coordinate requirements and ensure seamless delivery of activities

Provide coordination support for broader IT initiatives and ad hoc business activities where required

Assist with forward planning of SLT activities to improve visibility and reduce last-minute requests

Help track actions and ensure timely follow-up on key tasks and commitments
Key Skills & Experience:

Strong organisational and coordination skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities

Experience supporting senior stakeholders in a fast-paced environment

Proven ability to manage complex scheduling and logistics

High attention to detail and ability to work proactively

Strong communication skills with the ability to work across different teams and stakeholders

Comfortable handling confidential and sensitive information

Solutions focused, with the ability to anticipate needs and resolve issues quickly
