Job Title: General Assistant/ Kitchen Hand

Job Summary:
We are looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a General Assistant/ Kitchen Hand. The ideal candidate will assist in various food preparation and kitchen duties to ensure smooth operations in our kitchen.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Assist in food preparation, including chopping vegetables, preparing sauces, and portioning ingredients.
2. Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen, including washing dishes, utensils, and equipment.
3. Help with receiving and storing deliveries of food and supplies.
4. Assist in food service during meal times, including plating dishes and ensuring they are presented beautifully.
5. Follow all food safety and hygiene regulations to ensure the safety of our guests and staff.
6. Support the kitchen team in any additional tasks as needed.
Qualifications:
1. Previous experience in a kitchen environment is preferred but not required.
2. Ability to work well in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment.
3. Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
4. Good communication skills and ability to work well in a team.
5. Positive attitude and willingness to learn new skills.
6. Grade 12 Required
