In this role, you will engage with new and returning customers, introduce a variety of products, and help people find exactly what they need. Responsibilities:
Welcome customers and build strong, friendly connections
Present and explain different products in a clear, engaging way
Guide customers toward items that match their needs and preferences
Maintain an inviting and organized store environment
Achieve weekly and monthly performance targets
Participate in ongoing training sessions to improve sales and communication skills
Contribute ideas to help improve customer experience and store performance
Required Qualifications
Passed matric certificate or NQF level 4 Umalusi certificate
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
SA ID/ valid work permit
Age 18-35
Ability to engage with a wide range of customers
Confidence in presenting products and initiating conversations
Motivation to work toward goals and achieve targets
Willingness to learn and participate in continuous training.
