Kendrick Recruitment is seeking a dynamic Digital Marketing Coordinator to join a luxury hospitality company headquartered in Bryanston, Gauteng. As the Digital Marketing Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in developing, implementing, and optimizing digital marketing campaigns across various channels to enhance the organization's multi-channel communication strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan and execute all digital marketing campaigns, including web, SEO, email, social media, and display advertising.

Assist the Marketing Manager in planning and organizing property-specific marketing initiatives and events.

Coordinate the production of artwork, source images, and review copy.

Design, build, and maintain the company's social media presence.

Develop and integrate content marketing strategies into all digital platforms.

Research new online media opportunities to benefit the business, including mobile, social media, blogs, and forums.

Develop SEO strategies to increase the number of visitors to our website.

Monitor website performance using web analytics software and make recommendations for improvement.

Implement and track the performance of paid online media placements.

Drive consistent, relevant traffic and leads from our social network presence.

Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on insights.

Manage all property-specific artwork, stationery, and collateral requests.

Create shareable content to increase brand and property awareness.

List and update property content on external web libraries.

Coordinate monthly marketing reports and provide accurate analysis to partners and senior managers.

Utilize web analytics software to monitor website performance and make recommendations for improvement.
Minimum Requirements:

Matric/Grade 12 qualification.
-
NQF Level 5 Certificate.
-
At least 2 years of work experience in Digital Marketing.

Experience with Photoshop.

Relevant qualification in Digital Marketing.

Must have own transportation.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Advanced computer skills.

Excellent planning and organizational abilities.

Willingness to travel to properties with own transportation.
