Pitch concepts internally and externally – to staff and to clients.
Strategy – create account strategies and ways to increase client satisfaction and retention.
Support clients strategically by demonstrating exceptional service and support in advance of need.
Demonstrate a strong understanding of client business needs, develop proposals for clients’ products and services and communicate how these value added solutions will address those needs.
Actively research and monitor the market and competitive landscape providing recommendations for company differentiation and strategic decision making.
Project management – be able to manage client projects from beginning to end in line with agreed client plans and objectives.
Ensure that client reverts are managed well internally with specific emphasis on timelines and deadlines.
Effectively manage client expectations while ensuring delivery according to specified briefs.
Report writing and preparation of meeting documentation.
Meet deadlines and effectively manage project budgets.
Work with teams to develop content, coordinate events and provide support and direction.
Motivate and mentor staff to meet deadlines and produce successful materials for clients.
Maintain relationships and serve as the point of contact and liaison for clients.
Provide feedback on all collaborative projects.
Any other duties as required.
- Experience: Minimum 2 years Account Management experience ; Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management / Marketing / Public Relations is required. META Certification.

- Technology: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, comfortable with various online project management tools, and digital platforms.
- Qualities: Attention to detail, the capability to maintain discretion and confidentiality, and flexibility to adapt to the evolving needs of a fast-growing organisation. Proactive with the ability to work independently.
- Advantageous: Valid SA Driver’s license and own car. Digital agency experience and experience on large scale multinational brands and/or in FMCG would be advantageous.
