AFTERCARE TEACHER REQUIRED
Based in the Kuilsriver /Soneike area.
The ideal candidate will:
- Be well-presented and have a positive attitude
- Have a passion for working with children
- Be patient with a caring, but firm personality
- Be proficient in English and Afrikaans
- Have good organisational and planning skills
- Be able to work independently
- Be creative
- Be experienced working in with children from Grades 1-7 (teaching or aftercare)
- Be in possession of a clear criminal record with police clearance
- Have a relevant tertiary qualification
- Have own/reliable transport
- Have references from previous employer
Working hours are 12:00 till 18:00 during school terms and 08:00 – 18:00 during school holidays
Able to assist with homework.
Plan and initiate fun activities for the children.
Plan and implement a holiday programme during school holidays.
