UK Property Management company is looking for an experienced remote administrator, to join our Property Management team and assist with the administrative
aspects of the business.
Duties include:
- Managing general admin tasks, including tenants and contractor enquiries
- Overseeing maintenance jobs and monitoring progress
- Reviewing contractor invoices and approving them for the accounts team
Skills/Experience:
Experience:
- Previous office/admin experience essential
- Previous Property Management experience an advantage
Skills:
- Personable, approachable and reliable
- Solution-oriented with a keen eye for detail
- Highly organised and able to prioritise under pressure
- Self-motivated with strong writing and phone skills
- Basic IT proficiency and ability to learn new software
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: R26 000,00 - R27 500,00 per month
