We are looking for a suitably qualified and experienced PR Tech to provide technical mentorship, workplace guidance and practical support to CSDG students participating in a construction skills development programme.
The successful candidate will assist learners in applying their theoretical knowledge to real construction activities while supporting their professional and workplace development.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
- BTech/BEng Tech or relevant Engineering Technology qualification.
- Registered Professional Engineering Technologist (Pr Tech Eng) with ECSA.
- Relevant experience in the construction/civil engineering industry.
- Practical construction site experience.
- Good understanding of construction processes and engineering technology.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated ability to mentor, coach and develop learners.
- Valid driver's licence will be advantageous.
ROLE OBJECTIVE
The primary objective of the position is to mentor and support CSDG students by providing practical construction exposure and professional technical guidance, enabling learners to develop the workplace competencies, confidence and experience required for successful careers in the construction industry.
