We are looking for enthusiastic individuals to join the MiWay Blink Support Team.
You will be responsible for client services in a Call Centre environment, handling existing customer service queries, complaint resolution, retentions, and collections.
In this role, you will need to be able to adapt quickly, think on your feet and deal with uncertainty.
In this role you will:
- Process policy updates
- Follow-up and collection of premiums
- Customer retention
- Complaint investigation and resolution
- Administration
Minimum Qualification Required
- Grade 12/Standard 10/ Matric/ NQF 4
- RE 5 & FAIS qualified as per Fit & Proper DOFA date
- Minimum 2 years Call Centre and administrative experience
- Fluent in English and another official language
- Self-managed
- Well spoken
- Active listening skills
- Self-motivated
- Adaptability
- Quality orientated and organised
- Must be highly proficient in dealing with clients at all levels
