Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, manage, and optimise debt collection campaigns.
- Analyse campaign performance and prepare detailed reports.
- Monitor collector productivity and campaign effectiveness.
- Develop and implement collection strategies to improve recoveries.
- Work closely with operations, IT, and management to achieve campaign objectives.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
- Identify trends and recommend process improvements using data analytics.
Requirements:
- 5+ Experience in debt collection campaign management or a similar role.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Excel and reporting tools.
- Ability to interpret data and make strategic decisions.
- Strong communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet performance targets.
- Experience with debt collection systems and dialler platforms will be advantageous.
