Senior Manager: IT Quality Assurance (Mining & Engineering)
We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Manager to oversee the quality delivery of large projects. This role is pivotal in managing key IT/OT applications and associated infrastructure. The successful candidate will have a deep understanding of both infrastructure and application technologies.
Responsibilities:
Infrastructure Technical Knowledge:
Servers and Storage IT and OT Networks WAN Technology Radio, Voice, and Mobile
Application Technical Knowledge:
ERP (SAP) Mine applications from pit to port (e.g., planning, production, maintenance, logistics) If no mining application experience, demonstrate understanding of manufacturing-related applications and ability to bridge skill gaps quickly.
Quality Management:
Manage quality processes across all stages of a work package lifecycle, from idea generation to business case development, solutioning, deployment, and testing.
Team Leadership:
Project Management:
Utilize Accenture quality management frameworks to create documentation, stage gates, and processes, ensuring IT and OT equipment and solutions meet the required standards.
Travel:
